What Timo Brain stores, for how long, and who to write to. Short on purpose.

What is logged per request

Every time your AI calls the brain, one row is written to the request log:

Field	What it is
client id	Which token made the call. Not your name, not your email.
tool	Which tool was called (for example `search` or `get_sop`).
args summary	The first 300 characters of the arguments, so we can see what was asked.
served ids	The ids of the rules, SOPs, lessons or library entries returned.
ms, timestamp	How long the call took and when.

Drafts you paste into second_opinion_context pass through the args summary cap above and are not stored in full. The log is what the daily limit counts against and what the "what your AI read" view on your map shows you.

Demo links and applications

Demo link: your email, what you said you do, a hash of your IP address, your browser's user agent, and any utm or referrer values on the link you arrived from. Your email is added to Timo LLC's ActiveCampaign list so the install link can be sent. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Application: the seven answers on the form, plus the same IP hash, user agent, utm and referrer values. Tim reads them himself.
Alerts: a copy of each demo request and application is pushed to Tim's private Discord so he sees it on his phone.

Retention

Request log rows: 12 months, then deleted.
Demo requests: 12 months after the link expires.
Applications: 12 months after a decision.
Tokens: a revoked or expired token's hash stays so it cannot be reused; the raw token is never stored anywhere.

What is never collected

No cookies for tracking. No third-party analytics on these pages. No payment details on this site. Nothing you send is shown to any other client.
