  • The remaining 60% when the system is live and you've sent from it: $2,100 to $3,000.
  • Install fee total: $3,500 to $5,000 depending on the system.
  • Then $500 a month for maintenance: rule updates, brain updates, and me on call when something breaks.

What that covers: the install, the rulebook, the gates, the 12-email onboarding sequence, and 90 days of "reply and I'll look."
